Hanalei Heights - LOCATION
Hanalei Heights is located in Brgy. Balacad in Laoag City. It belongs to the province of Ilocos Norte. The city of Laoag is a third-class component city that is slowly evolving into a commercial and political hub in the province. In fact, it is home to the busiest commercial airport in the region. With more growth and diversified industry operating in the city, it is only a matter of time it becomes a busy metropolis too.
Laoag City is located in the west central portion of the province. In fact, it borders the West Philippine Sea on one side. It is also one of the region’s largest and major cities. Laoag’s climate can be characterized as tropical savanna. Hence, you will experience warm to hot temperature nearly throughout the year. But from December to February, the temperature does experience a dip.

Hanalei Heights will be one of these projects, most of which are located close to the national highway. The Laoag International Airport is easily accessible from the location of Hanalei Heights so that is another advantage of this location.
There are several nearby establishments and business centers from the location of Hanalei Heights to bring convenience to the homeowners. Thus, you won’t have to travel far if you need to buy supplies for the home or if you want to have your family’s health checked at a nearby clinic. There are several malls in the area such as Puregold, Savemore Market, and Silicon Valley. Meanwhile, you can also find quality clinics and hospitals to attend to your family’s health needs. Among your options are Laoag City General Hospital, Our Lady of Fatima Medical Clinic and Hospital, and Laoag Polyclinic.
Tourism has been one of the major economic drivers in Laoag City. Hence, future residents of Hanalei Heights will have the privilege being close to some of the most popular tourist attractions in the Ilocos region. From the white beaches of Pagudpud, to the mansions during the Marcos era, to the La Paz Sand Dunes, and the colonial buildings and baroque churches, these are just some of the few things that you can find in Laoag’s rich cultural and tourism industry.
